Refund Policy

All payments for Circling TCG PRO are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, invoicing, VAT, and refunds on our behalf. By subscribing, you are entering into a purchase agreement with Lemon Squeezy, subject to their Buyer Terms.

Refund Eligibility

Annual subscription

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Monthly subscription

You may request a refund within 7 days of each billing date if you have not made significant use of the service during that period.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not eligible for refund unless the refund is requested within 7 days of the renewal date and the service has not been actively used in the new billing period.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made outside the eligible time window
  • Accounts that have made significant use of PRO features (bulk add, binder, advanced filters)
  • Referral bonus months earned through the referral programme
  • Cancellations — you can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@circlingtcg.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address used to subscribe
  • Your subscription plan (Monthly or Annual)
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and, if eligible, submit the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app. Cancellation stops future charges — you will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
