Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions
Circling TCG
This document sets out the terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") applicable to participation in the Circling TCG Affiliate Programme, operated by PERFECTROTATION LDA (hereinafter "Circling TCG").
Submitting an application implies the full reading and acceptance of these Terms.
By submitting the application, the applicant declares that they have understood and accepted the conditions set out herein.
1. Who Can Be an Affiliate
The Affiliate Programme is open to individuals and legal entities with access to an audience interested in collectible cards, trading card games (TCG) or related topics, namely:
- Content creators and digital influencers with an active presence on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or other platforms);
- Specialist collectible card shops, physical or online;
- Organizers or promoters of events in the trading card game universe;
- Other partners with an audience relevant to the Platform.
Approval of applications is at the sole discretion of Circling TCG, which may refuse them without providing any reason.
2. How the Programme Works
2.1 Assignment of Promotional Tools
Upon approval, Circling TCG assigns the Affiliate:
- A unique Referral Code (code), embedded in a referral link in the format https://circlingtcg.com?ref=CODE;
- Optionally, a Promotional Code (promo_code) to share with their audience, which grants them a discount on the subscription.
2.2 Conversions
The Affiliate shares their Referral Link with their audience. When a new user accesses the Platform through that link and subscribes to the PRO plan, a pending conversion is automatically recorded.
After 7 (seven) days without a refund request, the conversion moves to confirmed status and the commission becomes eligible for payment.
Each user can only be attributed to a single Affiliate. A user who has already been referred by another Affiliate does not generate additional commission.
2.3 Promotional Code Rules
- A user who has accessed the Platform through a given Affiliate's link may use that same Affiliate's Promotional Code.
- A user referred by one Affiliate may not use the Promotional Code of a different Affiliate.
- A user without any Affiliate referral may not use an Affiliate Promotional Code.
- Promotional Code validation occurs before the checkout is opened.
3. Commissions
3.1 Commission Structure
The commission rate per confirmed conversion is negotiated individually with each Affiliate, based on their profile, promotion channel and estimated conversion volume. There is no single rate applicable to all Affiliates.
Upon approval of the application, the Circling TCG team will contact the Affiliate to define and agree on the specific commission terms.
3.2 General Payment Conditions
The following general conditions apply to all commission payments:

Payment will only be processed upon receipt of the corresponding fiscal document, issued by the Affiliate in accordance with applicable legislation.
4. Affiliate Dashboard
Affiliates with Dashboard access activated by Circling TCG have access to the following information:
- History of referrals generated;
- Commission status: pending, confirmed and paid;
- Other performance metrics made available by Circling TCG.
Activation of Dashboard access is at the sole discretion of Circling TCG.
The data presented in the Dashboard is for informational purposes and may reflect processing with a technical lag, and does not constitute definitive proof of the amount of commissions payable.
5. Affiliate Obligations
The Affiliate undertakes to:
- Promote the Platform in a fair, truthful and lawful manner, in accordance with applicable legal rules, in particular those relating to advertising and commercial communications;
- Expressly identify the paid nature of the promotion in all publications made under the Programme, using the mentions #ad, #pub, #paidpartnership or equivalents required by applicable law;
- Not make false, misleading or deceptive statements regarding the features, prices or conditions of the Platform;
- Not use spam, artificial incentives, self-referrals or any fraudulent methods to generate referrals or commissions;
- Not associate the Platform with offensive, discriminatory, illegal or reputation-damaging content;
- Keep payment details and other profile information up to date with Circling TCG;
- Issue the fiscal documents necessary for payment processing, as required by law.
Personal Data Collected
In the context of the Affiliate Programme, Circling TCG collects and processes the following data from Affiliates:

The processing of the above data is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable national legislation on personal data protection, in accordance with Circling TCG's Privacy Policy.
Internal data (field "notes") is accessible exclusively to Platform administrators and is not shared with the Affiliate.
The Affiliate may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of data via support@circlingtcg.com.
7. Suspension and Exclusion from the Programme
Circling TCG reserves the right to suspend or exclude an Affiliate from the Programme, without right to compensation, in the following situations:
- Breach of any of the obligations set out in the terms and conditions;
- Use of fraudulent or dishonest practices in generating referrals or commissions;
- Public conduct likely to harm the image or reputation of Circling TCG;
- Prolonged inactivity without effective promotion of the Platform.
In the event of exclusion due to fault attributable to the Affiliate, Circling TCG may retain pending commissions whose eligibility has not been confirmed at the date of exclusion.
The Affiliate may also withdraw from the Programme at any time by written notice to support@circlingtcg.com.
8. Programme Changes
Circling TCG reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including the commission structure and eligibility conditions, at any time.
Changes will be communicated by email with a minimum of 15 (fifteen) days' notice prior to their entry into force.
Continuation of Platform promotional activity after the effective date of the changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.
9. Final Provisions
This Programme does not constitute any relationship of legal subordination, employment or commercial agency between the Affiliate and Circling TCG.
Participation in the Programme is non-exclusive; the Affiliate may collaborate with other platforms or brands.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For resolution of any disputes, the courts of the District of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction. For any queries or requests for information, the Affiliate may contact the Circling TCG team at support@circlingtcg.com.
